20 Minute Skillet Lasagna
Recipe Courtesy of Six Sisters' Stuff
Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 package (12 oz) bow tie noodles (or any other kind), uncooked
- 1 jar of your favourite spaghetti sauce
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cups sour cream
1. Brown ground beef in small pan. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. After noodles are cooked, drain and drizzle with olive oil. Mix in your spaghetti sauce. Add your browned beef, seasonings, cheese, and sour cream. Fold together and allow it all to combine and melt together, over low heat, for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

BBQ-Glazed Mini Meat Loaves

Ingredients
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing mix for Chicken
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Add hot water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir until just moistened. Add meat, cheese and onions; mix well.
3. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake 25 min. or until done (160F), brushing with combined barbecue sauce and sugar for the last 10 min.

Bird's Nest Cookies

Ingredients
- 12 oz. package of chow mein noodles (I used approx. 4 cups)
- 12 oz. package of butterscotch chips
- mini eggs
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
2. Pour the butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl and place them in the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds then remove to stir. Return to the microwave and heat again for 30 seconds. Stir until melted.
3. Add in the chow mein noodles and mix till combined.
4. Use a 1/4 measuring cup to portion out the cookies onto the baking sheet. If the mixture starts to solidify in the mixing bowl, you can reheat for 15 to 30 seconds to melt.
5. Place three egg-shaped candies in the center of each cookie.
6. Allow to set for at least 5 minutes before serving or transferring. (I put them in the fridge).
