Homemade Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
- 16 ounces ground beef
- 2-3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (use your favourite)
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard (or squirt in some yellow mustard)
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
1. In a large skillet, brown beef, celery and onion and drain fat.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer covered for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. If looks to "loose", leave the cover off and let moisture evaporate.
4. Cook until it's the consistency you like for serving on buns.

Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup milk
Frosting:
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. milk
1. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 350 degrees for 26-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
2. For frosting, cream peanut butter and sugar in a small mixing bowl. Add the honey and vanilla. Beat in enough milk to achieve a spreading consistency. Frost cupcakes.

Cookies 'N' Cream Krispy Treats

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 10 oreos, chopped
1. In a large pot over low heat, melt butter. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Pour in rice krispie cereal and chopped oreos, and coat completely with marshmallow mixture. Press into a 9x13 inch baking dish and let cool.
2. Once cool, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over bars.
