Double Fudge Oreo Crunch Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

1. Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and mix until combined.
2. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed oreos. Refrigerate dough for 2-4 hours. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350F, roll into balls or scoop with an ice cream scooper and set on baking sheet.
3. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely.
